Privacy Notice
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit decolate.com.tr or contact us with an enquiry.
1. Data controller and contact details
Data controller: İSMAİL YÖRÜK (Decolate).
Address: Üçevler Mah. 73. (220) Sk. No:9/B İç Kapı No:1 Nilüfer / Bursa, Türkiye.
Email: info@decolate.com.tr
Telephone: +90 533 048 16 66
2. Data, purposes and legal grounds
- Enquiries and demonstrations: Names, contact details and message content that you provide by email, telephone or WhatsApp are used to answer questions and arrange demonstrations or quotations. Depending on the enquiry, processing relies on entering into or performing a contract under Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698, or the legitimate interest in handling enquiries under Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights are protected.
- Usage analytics: Google Analytics processes page views, interactions and device/browser information only if you accept analytics. The legal ground is your explicit consent under Article 5(1). Declining does not prevent you from using the website.
- Preference storage: Your accept or decline choice is stored in your browser to apply your selection and avoid asking repeatedly. This supports the preference service you request and is not used for analytics tracking.
3. Collection and recipients
Data is collected electronically through website use and the information you send through our contact channels. The website serves static content and has no member accounts or online checkout. The hosting infrastructure may process technical access information. Hosting and communication providers may receive data as needed to provide their services; authorised public bodies may receive it where a legal obligation or valid request applies.
If you accept analytics, Google receives usage information through Google Analytics. Selecting a WhatsApp link takes you to a third-party service whose own privacy terms also apply.
4. Processing outside Türkiye
Third parties such as Google Analytics and WhatsApp may process data outside Türkiye. An analytics preference does not by itself replace the other conditions for international transfers under Article 9 of Law No. 6698. You may contact the controller for information about the applicable transfer mechanism. You can decline or turn off analytics, and use the telephone instead of a third-party messaging service.
5. Retention and deletion
Our retention policy for enquiry and demonstration records is up to two years after the enquiry is closed. Records required by law or for establishing, exercising or defending a right are retained only for the relevant period. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when its purpose and valid retention ground end.
Your browser preference remains until you remove it. Analytics cookie lifetimes are explained in the Cookie Policy. Retention of analytics account data and hosting access records depends on the respective service settings; contact the controller for current details.
6. Your rights under Turkish law
Under Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed; request information about processing, its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn about recipients in Türkiye and abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions apply and notification of those actions to recipients; object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
7. Requests and changing your preference
Submit a written request to the address above with information enabling identity verification, or use another method permitted by the applicable rules. You may also use an email address previously supplied to us and registered in our records. General enquiries can be sent to info@decolate.com.tr. Requests are answered as soon as appropriate and within thirty days, subject to statutory exceptions.
To withdraw analytics consent, use the button below or Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page. Withdrawal does not retrospectively affect earlier lawful processing.
